Travis McKinney: CCO

Travis joined Homrich Berg as Chief Compliance Officer in 2022 and has worked in Wealth Management since 2005. Prior to joining Homrich Berg, her served as Chief Compliance Officer for Gratus Capital. He is responsible for the compliance program and all regulatory compliance matters for the firm.

Travis holds a BS degree in Finance from the University of Tennessee and lives in southwest Atlanta with his dog, Charlie. In his spare time, he enjoys playing tennis, world travel, running and long Beltline walks with Charlie.

Krista Koch: Fund Administrator Manager

Krista joined Homrich Berg in 2004 and serves as a Fund Administrator in the firm’s investment department. Krista manages the day to day accounting and administrative work flows for several internal fund of funds. Krista is responsible for reviewing and maintaining records of investment transactions, managing and disseminating investor communications, as well as coordinating any regulatory filings. Krista also assists with valuations for Homrich Berg’s internal partnerships and is a member of the Private Alternatives Committee, overseeing procedures to further institutionalize the alternative investments process.

Brigid T. Cochran: Alternative Investment Administrative Manager

Brigid joined Homrich Berg in 2006 and serves as an Investment Specialist and Fund Administrator in the firm’s Investment Department. Brigid is responsible for portfolio maintenance and performance reporting as well as day to day accounting and administrative workflows for multiple internal fund of funds. She also performs trading duties on an as needs basis. Brigid serves on several in-house committees, overseeing procedures to further institutionalize the firm.She attended Mercer University on a Tift College Scholarship, graduating Magna Cum Laude with a bachelor’s degree in Sociology. While at Mercer, she was an active member of the Alpha Iota chapter of Phi Mu. Upon graduating, Brigid worked as a Communications Specialist with Coca-Cola.

Control Risk – The Adviser will not have control of, or have the ability to exercise influence over, the trading policies or strategies of a Portfolio Fund. Investment decisions of the Portfolio Funds are also made independently of each other so that, at any particular time, one Portfolio Fund may be purchasing shares of an issuer whose shares are being sold at the same time by another Portfolio Fund. Transactions of this sort could result in the Fund directly or indirectly incurring certain transaction costs without accomplishing any net investment result.

Expense Layering Risk – In addition to its own expenses, the Fund will also bear its allocable share of the costs and expenses of each Portfolio Fund, including its allocable share of the management and incentive compensation paid to an Investment Manager. As a result, the Fund’s investments in the Portfolio Funds may result in the Fund paying higher expenses than other funds with similar investment objectives and strategies or if it invested directly in the securities held by the Portfolio Funds. Also, each Investment Manager generally will be entitled to receive a management fee of between 1% and 2% and a performance-based allocation, expected to range up to 20% of a Portfolio Fund’s net profits.
